SMA Student Colloquium – Call for Papers Now Open!
The Department of Archaeology and Digital Humanities Lab at the University of Exeter are proud to be hosting this year’s Student SMA Conference. Entitled “Trials, Travels and Transitions: Tales from the Medieval World” this conference will take place between Thursday 31st July to Saturday 2nd August.
The call for papers is now open, we are accepting abstracts for posters, lightning talks (5 mins) and traditional conference papers (15 mins + 5 mins for questions). We invite papers from across the medieval period (5th – 16th centuries), across all branches of archaeology and beyond where a broader medieval significance exists. Those abstracts adopting an interdisciplinary approach are especially welcomed and we look forward to hosting a wide variety of medieval explorations!
